TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE

These terms and conditions of use ("Terms") govern your use of the bijayniwaspalace.com website ("Site") and any content or services available on or through the Site. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Site.

RESERVATION POLICY:
All reservations made through the Site are subject to availability and confirmation by Bijay Niwas Palace. The Site may not accurately reflect the availability of rooms or other amenities. In the event that a reservation cannot be fulfilled, Bijay Niwas Palace reserves the right to cancel the reservation and provide a refund.

PAYMENT POLICY:
All payments made through the Site are subject to the terms and conditions of the payment processor used by Bijay Niwas Palace. Bijay Niwas Palace is not responsible for any issues or disputes that may arise from payment processing.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
(Applicable only when cancellation is sent by email)
- 7 days and less- 100% cancellation charges.
- 8 days to 21 days- 75% cancellation charges.
- 21 days to 35 days- 50% cancellation charges.
- 21 days to 35 days- 50% cancellation charges.
- 35 days and above- 20% cancellation charges.
- Amendment in dates within 35 days from arrival is treated as a cancellation.
- Cancellation amount is calculated as per total booking amount and not as per advance deposited.
- Long weekend bookings are non-refundable.
- GROUP BOOKING CANCELLATION CHARGES (minimum 4 paid rooms): Cancellation of an entire group between 90 and 45 days of the arrival date will incur a cancellation charge equivalent to the 30% of the total booking amount. 10% reduction in the number of rooms can be done between 90 and 45 days prior to arrival without incurring a cancellation charge. Cancellation of a group reservation or further reduction of rooms received within 45 days of the arrival date will incur a cancellation charge equivalent to accommodation for the entire length of stay originally booked at each hotel. In case of force-majeure, we will review our terms & conditions and retention policies.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT:
- Check-in time is 2 p.m. and check-out time is 11 p.m. Requests for early check-in or late check-out are subject to availability and may be subject to an additional fee.
- Each guest has to carry a valid ID proof at the time of check in.
- Customer has to carry a copy of booking voucher at the time of check in.
- Unmarried couple needs to carry govt. approved valid ID proof. However, please note that the right to admission is at sole discretion of the management.

PET POLICY:
Our hotel property is pet friendly. Charges are 800 Rs/pet.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bijay Niwas Palace and its affiliates, employees, agents, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or any content or services available on or through the Site.

GOVERNING LAW:
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Rajasthan, India, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

CHANGES OF THESE TERMS:
Bijay Niwas Palace reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of the Site following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
